Dear Folks,

All alone tonight. Sylvester, Beckman and I were at the movie this afternoon. The movie was just about to start when we heard somebody call for Mr. Stevenson. About a minute later he came back and got us. Mr. Stevenson, Mr. Johnson, Sylvester and Beckman went back to Long Thanh on 073.

So that leaves me, Murphy, Capt. Berry and Mr. Schenning and 038. In case your wondering, all the Mr.'s are Warrant Officers. No word on if or when we leave- also no mail again today.

Payday is slowly sneaking up. I read in the paper the other day that you don't need a commanders certificate any more. You can use your pay stub for the first ten days after payday as long as it covers the amount. So I should be able to get rid of the money pretty quick.

That's it for now. Hoping for a quiet night.

Rick
