Sponsor A Lesson Horse

Dun-Pikin Farm has an active lesson program. We have 10 horses currently used in our program all who have been furloughed indefinitely due to Covid-19. Even though they are not working, they still require all the same things they always have, hay, feed, along with veterinarian and farrier care. Like many other small businesses we're trying to navigate our way through these difficult times.

Keeping our horses is always costly, but keeping them with no lesson income is likely going to be nearly impossible. We've decided we need to try and get creative. Someone suggested we try a Sponsor A Lesson Horse Program. We thought about it ... and said why not give it a try.

First I want to make sure everyone knows we are not a rescue asking for a donation. Our sponsorships are not tax deductible. We are just another small business trying to get creative to stay alive. If you have any interest in helping Dun-Pikin by sponsoring a lesson horse, these are the details.
