Breathing hard, sweat dripping,
Reach for the bottle, water sipping,
Button one sets the speed, Button two sets the incline.
Punch display for a look at the heart rate and time.
Who said this would be just like a walk in the park?
After a short 20 minutes I finally reached my mark.
Hit the stop button, quick. Get off this machine.
First day on the treadmill and the exercise routine.
