Dear Folks,

This has been a pretty dull day. It rained almost all night. They started flying those radio check missions today. The way the schedule is set up we each fly about 3 times a week.

We have about ten transients in here with us now. They have started stacking bunks two high and brought in a few cots. We have talked about building a partition to block off half of the room. Don't know if it will ever happen.

That box of goodies is just about gone now. The peanuts were the first to go. All that's left is the Good and Plentys, black licorice and life savers. I really don't like all that sweet stuff. That pudding was good.

Well, two months down and ten to go. If the duty doesn't get any rougher than this I consider myself very lucky. So much for now. No mail today.

Rick
